Homeless students are allowed a 5-day grace period.
2. The record for each vaccine dose must include the date and name of doctor or clinic.
3. The statutes and rules governing school immunization requirements are:
Arizona Revised Statutes 15-871 - 874; Arizona Administrative Code, R9-6-701 – 708.

ENROLLMENT FOR 09-10 SCHOOL YEAR
We are happy to say that enrollment for the 2009-2010 school year is going very well. A letter to confirm your child’s enrollment for next year will be going out in next week’s Tuesday folder. If you do not receive a letter, then your child is NOT re-enrolled. Due to the fact we having waiting lists in many of our grades, it is very important that parent communicate with us if they choose to not return next year so that students that are on the waiting lists can be moved to a roster.
